Chalk on the Walk 2004

This year's event was truely a dazzling event full of colorful artwork and perhaps even more colorful artists! With over 70 artists participating, the sidewalks of Tehachapi Blvd and Green St. quickly turned into a fanciful feast for the eyes. Artists both young and old created their works of art along side each other with such talent it made it difficult for the judges to score and award prizes. Thanks to everyone for making this year so much fun and the great success that it was.
